Welcome to the GNJ Motorsport website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our customer service team at info@gnjmotorsport.com or 01254 883345. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards and Switch debit cards. When placing an order, we will require the full card number, cardholders name, expiry date, issue number (where applicable) and the cardholders full address. We also accept PayPal payments and Bank Transfers – please contact us for our account details. 

Our right of cancellation
We may cancel your order at any time before the goods are delivered with adequate notice if we are unable to supply the goods to you for reasons beyond our control, including manufacturer inability to supply goods. In this instance we will refund you for the goods we are unable to supply. GNJ Motorsport will not be liable for any other loss or damage caused from such cancellation. 

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund; however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost. In all cases, the goods must be in an unused and re-saleable condition, with all the original packaging intact. All items will be inspected upon their return. Any items that have been fitted or used will not be eligible for a refund. Returned orders are subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. If you decide to cancel the contract for your order with GNJ Motorsport, please let us know in writing first (or via email), quoting your order reference number and reason for return. If you have purchased an item that you believe to be faulty, we ask that you contact us first and we will advise you on how to proceed with the matter.

Security checks
GNJ Motorsport has a zero tolerance policy about the use of fraudulent credit cards and has installed a number of systems to ensure that the customer is protected from fraudulent use of their credit or debit cards. GNJ Motorsport undertakes a number of random checks, some of which may involve contacting you, the customer. These checks are very simple and ensure additional consumer protection as far as possible from the fraudulent use of credit cards.

All items purchased remain the property of GNJ Motorsport until payment is received in full.
Returns will not be accepted after 28 days of delivery under any circumstance.
